Komax | Static Mixer Sanitary
- Komax in-line motionless static mixers convert a multiple component input stream into a uniformly blended output. They find applications in mixing a wide range of food products. These include "solid" materials such as margarine and tomato pastes, viscous liquids like syrups, and light fluids similar to soft drink products.
Komax static mixers do not involve any moving parts and elements can be easily removed for external cleaning or used in clean in place (CIP) applications. Static mixers are supplied with sanitary tri-clover end fittings and are available in tube sizes from one inch through twelve inch. Komax sanitary mixers are made from 316 stainless steel and housed in 316 stainless steel sanitary tubing. All mixers are electropolished. Flow direction arrows assure proper installation.
Komax mixers are powered only by the proportioning pumps in the tube or pipe line system. Substantial power savings are achieved over conventional batch mixing techniques. Results are highly predictable and product quality and uniformity is assured.

| END CONNECTIONS & AVAILABLE CUSTOM OPTIONS | Tri Clamp Ferrules: Typically, Sanitary static mixers have Tri Clamp Ferrules explicitly for ease of installation. Flanged Ends: Flanged end connections specifically allow for easy mounting of the static mixer into the process pipeline. Sanitary static mixers can be provided with flanged ends per ASME B16.5. Komax can also fabricate mixers to contain DIN (metric) flanges as well. Threaded Ends: Komax Systems offers male and female NPT end connections on static mixers as required. Weld Prep Ends: N/A Injection Port/Quill: An injection port or quill can be added to the static mixer to allow for an additive stream to be injected directly into the static mixer with the desired connection type. Removable mixing elements: Stainless and alloy removable mixing elements are available for cleaning, debris removal, or inspection purposes as necessary in the process pipeline. *All static mixers are custom made; end connection type can be made per customer request. |

his sweater is a bulky, fairly heavy winter sweater that will be awesome for the office or casual wear. The fabric is very silky soft. It’s nice and snuggly! I can’t wait for it to get cool enough to wear it!
